Young people's money management and business opportunities event

Youth for Change CIC, a not for profit youth-led enterprise, in partnership with Epic CIC, youth service, and Chelsea Theatre is organising a money management event for young people aged 15 to 19 who live or study in Kensington and Chelsea.

The event - Mind your Money, Mind Your Future - will take place on Monday 22 December, 5-8pm at Chelsea Theatre and will have the following six sub-themes:

• Money management and debt advice
• Youth entrepreneurship
• Higher education
• Benefits and welfare
• Youth mobility
• Jobs for students

The event will be the first of its kind in the borough. Young people will be able to submit business ideas and one of them will be awarded a £500 start-up grant. There will also be speakers from The Money Charity and peer to peer workshops and activities.
