The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea have finally requested that the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators appoint an arbitrator to deal with the dispute between WEMO and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

An arbitrator has now been appointed. We hope that rapid progress can be made to resolve the matters in dispute between RBK&C and WEMO in the coming weeks.
