TMO Neighbourhood Office Open for Business

The TMO's new Neighbourhood Office for the Chelsea West Area, located on the site of the Blantyre Centre on the World's End Estate, is now up and running having been officially opened for business on the 31st of July.

The Neighbourhood Office will house the Area Housing Manager, Gary Riley, and the the two Housing Officers for the Chelsea West Area, Catherine Rock and Nicola Rees.

Residents will be able to use the Neigbourhood Office to contact the Area Housing Manager or Housing Officers about any issues including: debt and welfare benefits advice, rent arrears, tenancy issues (such as neighbour disputes and anti-social behaviour) and any issues relating to the estate's caretaking and cleaning services.

The TMO also intends to hold a monthly surgery for Black and Ethnic Minority residents in the office - the first of which is planned to take place in September - and are investigating the possibility of holding dedicated surgeries for leasehold issues and repairs.

The Neighbourhood Office's opening hours are: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 4.30pm. Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am to 1.30pm. The office is closed on Wednesday and Friday afternoons for staff training.
