The World's End Residents Association (WERA) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 26th of October at 7.30pm in the WERA Clubroom, 16 Blantyre Street.

The agenda for the meeting will include:

• Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM.
• The presentation of the Association’s Annual Report, detailing the Association’s work during the last year.
• Approval of the Association’s new Constitution.
• Election of the new Committee and Officers.
&bull A discussion on the issues facing the estate in the coming year.

Hardcopies of the new proposed Constitution shall be available to all residents from the Concierge Office as of the 8th of October 2005. An electronic copy is available below:
