Notice of Leaseholder Public Meeting

Leasehold Issues

The World's End Leaseholders Group (a sub-group of the Residents Association) is holding a public meeting on the evening of the 10th of November, at 7.30pm in the WERA Clubroom.

The meeting will discuss:

• Any issues arising from the recently issued final accounts for 2008/09.
• Any other issues in relation to Leaseholder Service Charges.
• Any issues in relation to the estate's communal services (repairs, cleaning, gardening etc).
• Any and all other issues of relevance to the estate's leaseholders.

All residents are welcome to attend.
